Early College Graduation Program
In partnership with Mohawk College, HWCDSB's Early College Graduation Program (ECGP) program is available to students entering Grade 9 at St. Jean de Brebeuf C.S.S., Bishop Ryan C.S.S. and Cathedral High School.
The program offers students the opportunity to achieve the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and a college credential concurrently, while gaining valuable transferable skills and certifications along the way.
Participating students will expand their understanding of potential careers, and acquire the skills and experiences required to thrive in the workplace.
Programming includes:

Two streams of ECGP will be offered in alignment with local community workforce needs.
Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools (P-TECH)
St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic Secondary School and Cathedral High School
In partnership with Mohawk College, IBM, CISCO and RBC, P-TECH offers students entering Grade 9 at St. Jean de Brebeuf C.S.S. and Cathedral High School an innovative computer software engineering accredited education.
Over approximately five years, students concurrently earn:
• The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
• A two-year Computer Software

Advanced Automation/Manufacturing (AAM)
Bishop Ryan Catholic Secondary School
AAM offers students entering Grade 9 at Bishop Ryan C.S.S. a fully-integrated advanced manufacturing education, with an embedded robotics focus.
Over approximately 4 years, students concurrently earn:
• The Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
• A one-year Ontario College Certificate in Advanced
Manufacturing Operations
• The Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC)
Certified Production Technician certification
